The staff were accommodating. Beds were extremely comfy. the location was marvellous and stunning. There's a restaurant in the next block where you can buy reasonably priced home-cooked meals, which is a plus.

all in all comfortable setting just off fish and chip shop, restaurants, cafes, beach and food outlets. great value for money room and great-sized bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

the room was well-equipped, not to mention views over the garden from the window. the kitchen was useful, I used a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a cooker. the location offered was magnificent just off Rats wine bar and Anzac hill and the beach. it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. the staff was efficient, so I would come here again.
